  1. `DRIVER' menu `CREATE' item:

  3.       Use this menu item to create and/or edit drivers.
  4.  
  5.       NEW:   Use this sub-item if you want to create a new driver.  You
  6.              will be presented with a requester asking you to enter the
  7.              new driver's synth name and manufacturer.  You will then
  8.              have the option of creating this driver from a copy of an
  9.              existing driver or from preset default values.
  10.  
  11.       OPEN:  Use this sub-item if you would like to edit an existing
  12.              driver.
